Why Choose Personal Care Services from Bronson at Home
The Joint Commission accreditation and certification is recognized nationwide as a symbol of quality. This reflects an organization’s commitment to meeting certain performance standards. Although widely used in hospital and home health settings, there are few in-home personal care agencies that either seek, or are awarded Joint Commission accreditation. We are proud to be able to display The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Accreditation.
Telephone Timekeeping System
A telephone timekeeping system is an important part of quality care and accurately calculating your caregiver’s time in your home. When the caregiver arrives at your home, they “punch in” by calling a toll free number to validate their arrival time. They call again when they leave your home to “punch out.”
Same Day Start of Care
Making plans in advance for personal care care is not easy. Bronson at Home is there for you when you need us. Whether you need care a few hours a week or 24/7, we can offer the help you need within the same day you request service.
Specialized Training in Alzheimer/Traumatic Brain Injury/End-of-Life Care
Care for issues associated with Alzheimer’s disease, traumatic brain injury or end of life issues can be unique. Bronson at Home provides training to our aides so they help maintain the highest level of independence at the best quality of life possible.
RN Assessment and Supervision of Care
An important component to the care provided through Bronson at Home is our supervision and clinical oversight by a registered nurse. Our nurses have the experience and knowledge to help you and your family adjust to changing health care needs.
