21-Day Primal Transformation

  • Two blood chemistry profiles—before and after—to chart health progress. This is done with a simple finger prick at the BAC (first test is Jan. 19, 6–8 a.m.; Jan. 20, 6–8 p.m.; or by appointment.)

  • One-on-one meeting with a certified personal trainer to assess your current fitness profile.

  • Six 45-minute, small group personal training sessions to teach the exercises that will incorporate basic primal movements for increased strength.
