  • NEW! Triathlon Training  Begins April 23
    Join BAC Personal Trainer Michelle Dalton in a 10-week training program geared toward athletes with no triathlon experience, and those who have completed two or three events at a beginner level.
  • SFG KettlebelSaturday, April 26
    No matter what your fitness goals are, this one-day power course is for you! Learn how to move strong and train your abs 300% more intensely than with traditional exercise. It's an extreme hand-held gym. 
  • Intro to Kettlebell — Tuesday, May 7
    Prior to attending the Kettlebell FIT class you must have a basic level of kettlebell experience. Nonmembers welcome; sessions held at 12:15 and 6 p.m.
