From infants to pre-teens, you can find a variety of programs, lessons and activities to build strong bodies. Fitness starts early at the BAC.

Active Kids

Sign your kids up for a fun and exciting time … while they are exercising! The six-week session, conducted by a certified personal trainer, includes a variety of dynamic exercises that will motivate and condition. For grades 3–6.

BAC Ballet

Ballet basics are featured in an eight-week series for children ages 4 to 8. Classes are held Saturday mornings.

BAC Twirlers

Give the sport of baton twirling a whirl! Kyle Keiser, a U.S. and international twirling coach, will introduce your child to this physical activity that encourages coordination, flexibility and control.

Kids in Motion (Gym Bugs/Gym Tots)

Early childhood gym classes that include games, music and motor skill development. Gym Tots are ages 6 months–2 years; Gym Bugs are ages 2–3 and Gym Bugs II are ages 4–5.
