Working out with our nationally certified instructors is a great way to get in shape, stay accountable to your workouts and meet new friends. We offer more than 80 classes with club membership. Classes include a variety of Les Mills™ options like BodyPump™, BodyCombat™ and RPM™, as well as Zumba®, yoga, spinning and more.

Cycle Class Policy

In addition to the free-to-member Group-X classes, you have the opportunity to sign up for specialty fitness programs. These programs, offered at an additional cost, are offered, typically, in six-week sessions and include options for the entire family.

Because we are dedicated to ensuring you receive the most effective workouts possible, we are committed to employing only the most talented and qualified individuals to lead you. No matter which class you select, you can feel confident knowing you are receiving the highest level of instruction from a nationally certified instructor.

    Daily classes offer safe, effective workouts

    No matter if you're a seasoned athlete or new to the gym, there's a class for you! Options range from low-impact classes like Barre and yoga, to high-intensity options like BodyCombat, BodyPump and Total Body Conditioning.

    Serious Wellness classes for members 55+

    Offered daily, these specialty Group-X classes focus on cardio, balance, flexibility, strength and social connection.

    Fascia Barre Small Group Training Program

    This program combines myofascial release for mobility, with barre exercises for lower body strength, stability and mobility.
