Free for Members
BAC membership includes drop-in, no-fee classes led by highly qualified, certified instructors. Our group exercise (Group-X) classes are held in studios equipped with shock-reducing maple floors. We also have dedicated studios for Pilates and Spinning®.
All Certified Instructors
Training is what sets the BAC apart from the rest of the pack. All our group-x instructors hold primary certifications from ACE (American Council on Exercise) or AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. In addition, each instructor carries one or more secondary certifications in specific classroom techniques.membership includes drop-in, no-fee classes led by highly qualified, certified instructors.
