Barre Above™ An eclectic and progressive barre class, Barre Above is based on applied science to create strength, flexibility and balance in the body. Enjoy a fun, effective and efficient barre workout designed for all fitness levels.

BODYPUMP The original LES MILLS™ barbell class will tone and strengthen your body—fast! Join our new classes, with moves that include resistance workout training that challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

Cardio Dance (Hi/Lo) A dynamic, easy-to-follow, high- and low-impact routine with variations in intensity. This class incorporates dance, kickboxing and some calisthenics to give you the ultimate challenge.

Cardio Fit with Step A functional, “ keep it simple” step class. This class was designed for all fitness levels. 

Circuit Training Achieve your goals of functional fitness or athletic development using the Lebert Equalizer™ and Lebert Buddy System™ in a fun, safe, effective and challenging boot camp class.

Defying Gravity Enjoy and relax with stretching from head to toe—with a little conditioning thrown in for good measure.

Fall Proof Slow, deliberate movements with series of weight-bearing and stretching functional exercises designed to strengthen upper body, lower body and core muscles. 

Fit 4-Life Great class for beginners or for the mature individual desiring a balanced weight-training program and some cardiovascular exercise. This easy-to-follow class adds benefits such as stretching exercises, strength conditioning exercises for the whole body, and foundation exercises for balance.

Foam Roller Stretching Learn how to use foam rollers that are designed to target specific pressure points on your body. The massage action works to aid in muscle recovery. Foam rolling can assist in breaking up muscle knots, and help resume normal blood flow.

HardCore A 30-minute session focused on improving strength, flexibility and toning while promoting better function, mobility, athleticism and a healthy spine.

Kettlebell FIT Power up with our personal trainers for multiple benefits! Prior to attending, you must have basic level of kettlebell experience, or attend a kettlebell intro course the first Tuesday of each month at noon or 5 p.m., or the first Thursday at 7 p.m. This drop-in class is free for members; nonmembers may attend for a session fee.

LeBARRE™ This class takes the hottest trend in dance-inspired conditioning and combines it with Balance, Agility, Resistance, working Recovery and Eloquence to make a challenging, full-body workout.

Mat Pilates Strengthen the abdominal muscles that support the neck and spine. Mat Pilates accomplishes this by decreasing muscle tension and increasing flexibility.

PiYo™ is a full-body workout that helps build endurance and flexibility through a blend of Yoga and Pilates. Movements also will help increase your range of motion.

Step Interval™ Similar to a traditional step class (high intensity, yet low impact). Simplified step movements are combined with weight training intervals; less intricate choreography helps you perform basic movements with more power, depth and height. 

Spinning® Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, you can participate at your own pace and effort. Classes are designed with a heart rate objective. We strongly encourage the use of a heart rate monitor to gauge your intensity. As a class participant, you will experience the several heart rate Energy Zone™ rides.

Tabata Bootcamp High-intensity, interval training (HIIT) is a strategy that is intended to improve athletic performance and endurance with short bouts of interval training drills that will challenge your body and keep you guessing what is coming next! These workouts are doable and sustainable by all. The 20-10 microburst intervals are stacked in specific sequences of different exercise movements that target every part of your body. Includes elements of LeBOOT™ boot camp using the Lebert Equalizer™.

Total Body Conditioning  Combines continuous cardio training with muscular strength and endurance drills for conditioning the whole body. A variety of equipment is used to enhance the workouts, including weights, bands, Gliding Discs, BOSU® balance trainers, Body Bars® and steps. Excellent class for whole-body conditioning.

Total Body X-Treme A higher intensity total body conditioning class with less recovery between intervals. Includes elements of LeBOOT™ boot camp using the Lebert Equalizer™, plus experience True Tabata, Tabata Type and Tabata Timing.

Turbo Kick® Want a way to increase the effectiveness of your workout and have fun at the same time? Well, here it is! Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense, easy-to-follow kickboxing moves and some fun, funky dance movements. This class requires no previous kickboxing experience.

Yoga Equilibrium/Yoga 4-A Well-Being An ideal class for beginners, or for those who want to improve their basic balance to advance in their yoga techniques. This is a mind/body fitness yoga session combined with traditional yoga techniques. Relax and stay fit with slow moves, gentle stretches and strengthening postures.

Zumba® A fusion of high-energy, motivational Latin/international music and aerobic interval training. Fast and slow rhythms combine to help you produce movements that condition your body.
