Mobility Training

Do you have aches and pains? Do you find yourself thinking “I feel old”? If so, know that this pain is preventable and healing is within your grasp. Whether you're a serious athlete, a weekend warrior or simply want to feel better and live pain-free, mobility training can help.

Move better: Feel better

Photo of common mobility training equipmentSimply put, mobility means being able to move freely and easily. Mobility training helps you do just that.

During a mobility training session, a nationally certified personal trainer will work with you on exercises and stretches that take your muscles, tendons and joints through their entire range of motion. This allows your trainer to spot the cause of your movement issues, make corrections and give you specific exercises to help strengthen your problem areas. This type of training will help you:

  • Reduce chronic pain
  • Increase range of motion
  • Alleviate tight, sore muscles
  • Improve athletic performance

Feel restored and realigned

Mobility work and stretching is a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and well-being. To learn more or to sign up for mobility training, call (269) 544-3200 or email Sarah at onderlis@bronsonhg.org.
