Small Group Training

If you're looking for motivating workouts led by a nationally certified personal trainer, and want the added energy and fun of working out with a group of individuals with similar health and fitness goals, small group training at Bronson Athletic Club is for you!

Program offerings are available for everyone - no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Choose from programs focused on weight loss, strength training, improved balance and more.

Upcoming program options include:

  • GRIT
    *Registration required
    Mondays/Fridays, 10:30 to 11 a.m. or Tuesdays/Thursdays, 5:45 to 6:15 a.m.
    Combine strength, plyometric and cardio workouts for a challenge that will have you burning calories hours after your workout.
    • 6-week session, member, returning participant: $125*
    • 6-week session, member, new participant: $150*
    • 6-week session, non-member: $200
      *Members: Can't commit to the entire 6-weeks during these busy summer months? Pay as you go - $15 per session.
  • Fascia Barre
    *No registration required
    Tuesdays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
    Start each session with lower body myofascial release to improve mobility. Then, Barre exercises will strengthen and stabilize your entire body. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Drop-in and pay as you go.
    • Members only: $15 each week you attend
  • Upper Body Training
    *No registration required
    Thursdays, 9:15 to 10 a.m.
    Join Jeremy on the gym floor for a 45 minute workout that will work your entire upper body. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Drop-in and pay as you go.
    • Members only: $15 each week you attend
  • Women & Weights
    *Registration required
    Beginner workshop: Tuesdays, 9 a.m. or Wednesdays, 6 p.m.
    Advanced program: Wednesday, 5 p.m. or Thursdays, 8 a.m.
    Ladies, this strength training program is for you! Learn to feel more confident on the strength training equipment.
    • Members only: $15 each week you attend

    Fascia Barre

    This program combines myofascial release for mobility, with barre exercises for lower body strength, stability and mobility. Learn more below.
