Small Group Training
If you're looking for motivating workouts led by a nationally certified personal trainer, and want the added energy and fun of working out with a group of individuals with similar health and fitness goals, small group training at Bronson Athletic Club is for you!
Program offerings are available for everyone - no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Choose from classes focused on weight loss, strength training, improved balance and more. All programs last six weeks and meet either one time per week for 60 minutes or two times per week for 30 minutes.
The cost per program is $150 for new participants. Returning participants pay $125 per program. Non-members must pay an annual non-member usage fee in order to participate.
- Advanced Kettlebell
Fridays, 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.
High intensity kettlebell workouts with more advanced exercises and a progressive training program.
- Back Health
Mondays/Wednesdays, 5:45-6:15 p.m.
Learn to live pain free and maximize performance through mobility exercises and strength training for you back, neck and shoulders.
Mondays/Wednesdays, 6 to 6:30 a.m. or Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6 to 6:30 p.m.
Combine interval training and active rest in a challenging workout that will tone your entire body.
- Functional Training
Mondays, 7 to 8 p.m. or Saturdays 11 a.m. to noon
High intensity workouts incorporating heavy lifting and play to build the muscles and stamina to help you live a healthy, functional life.
Mondays/Fridays, 10:30 to 11 a.m. or Tuesdays/Thursdays. 5:45 to 6:15 a.m.
Combine strength, plyometric and cardio workouts for a challenge that will have you burning calories hours after your workout.
- Intro to Weight Lifting
Tuesdays, 7 to 8 p.m.
Learn how to use the squat racks and proper form for Olympic weight lifting.
- Run-train (mobility and strength)
Mondays/Wednesdays, 6:30 to 7 p.m.
Prepare your muscles to run faster, farther and better through mobility exercises and strength training.
- Tri-train (mobility and strength)
Tuesdays, 5:45 to 6:45 a.m.
Prepare your muscles for an upcoming triathlon through mobility exercises and strength training.
- Post-natal Training
Mondays/Thursdays, 10:30 to 11 a.m.
Work on core strength and mobility exercises to be a fit and healthy mom.
- Pre-natal Training
Tuesdays/Fridays, 10:30 to 11 a.m.
Prepare for childbirth and recovery using strength training and core work.
