Reform Your Routine

The BAC offers both private and group training sessions based on the original Joseph H. Pilates method developed more than 90 years ago that uses springs to generate resistance.

This helps isolate specific muscle groups in ways you could not do while standing. Increase strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and body awarenes—regardless of your age or condition. If you have an injury, the reformer can be useful to maintain proper alignment and provide support.

One–Hour Private Session

Member $50 / Nonmember $60 / Duets $30 each

Six-Week Small Group Session

Member $120 / Nonmember $180 (full session)
Member $20 / Nonmember $30 (drop-in day rate)

Drop-in times for group reformer Pilates classes are available throughout the year. Open classes are posted on the Pilates Studio door.
