Erika Ford, Registered Dietitian
Erika graduated magna cum laude from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. After completing her dietetic internship at WVU Medicine in Morgantown, WV, she worked as an inpatient dietitian and later as an outpatient dietitian at a large medical center, while also managing her own consulting practice. This experience provided Erika with a vast knowledge of various diseases and medical conditions and the relationship each has with nutrition. She holds a certificate of training in adult weight management and is working towards becoming a certified specialist in obesity and weight management.
Erika focuses on helping her patients optimize their health by meeting with them and, together, coming up with an individualized plan that is tailored to both their needs and their lifestyle. She welcomes and enjoys working with all stages of each person’s weight loss journey and has a special interest in disordered eating, prediabetes, pre and postnatal nutrition and digestive disorders.
Erika is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and Southwest Michigan District Dietetic Association. She is also a member of the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group.
Erika's favorite activity involves anything with her husband, son, and dog. She enjoys running, biking, gardening, kayaking, quilting, and curling up with a good book.
Randi Klop, Registered Dietitian
Randi Klop is a registered dietitian and nutritionist at Bronson Bariatric and Metabolic Specialists in Portage. She graduated from Parchment High School before pursuing a degree in dietetics from Western Michigan University. She completed her internship with Andrews University at Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids.
Randi has been a dietitian for seven years and has worked in weight management for the past two years. From a young age she enjoyed watching cooking shows and trying out new recipes. This eventually led her to learn more about nutrition with the aim to reinterpret traditional recipes and create new, healthier versions.
Her goal to eat healthier also brought out a passion to share those talents by helping others to create and enjoy lighter, more nutritious meals. She loves counseling patients on how to eat more healthfully and working with them to meet their weight loss goals through non-surgical weight management or bariatric surgery.
Randi is married to her high school sweetheart, Matthew. She is also a loving dog-mom to their mini poodle, Mickey Mantle. In her free time, Randi loves to travel and try new cuisines.
