Our certified massage therapists are here to make sure you leave your appointment feeling rejuvenated. Choose from 30, 60 or 90 minute massage options in the following formats:

Deep tissue massage
Slow, intense movements are meant to focus on muscles and stress points deep under your skin. While not necessarily as relaxing as other types of massage, it can prove very beneficial for those with muscle injury or strain.

Pre/post natal massage
Beyond the stress-reducing benefits, prenatal and postnatal massage can be used to address the swelling of arms or legs and muscle stress that are common during pregnancy.

Reflexology (hands and feet)
Relaxing and therapeutic massage focused on the feet, ankles and calves, or hands, wrists and forearms. It can be beneficial to those with pain specifically in their extremities, as well as with plantar fasciitis and common forms of arthritis.

Swedish
The most common type of massage therapy, the Swedish massage can be both relaxing and energizing. It combines long gliding strokes with kneading, rhythmic tapping, friction and shaking movements. Used to relieve muscle tension, increase blood flow and reduce stress.

Therapeutic massage

Therapeutic massage is soft tissue massage used to treat chronic muscle or nerve pain by focusing on tender or stressed areas. The goal is to stimulate circulation in the affected area, addressing any nerve issues and muscle injury or fatigue.
