Group Exercise Classes

Working out with certified fitness experts is a great way to get in shape, stay accountable to your workouts and meet new friends. We offer nearly 40 classes each week with club membership. With morning, afternoon and evening classes, featuring a variety of low-impact classes like Yoga or Aqua Joints and intense cardio classes like Spin or Cardio Mix, there is something for everyone!     • Spin: 6 to 6:45 a.m.
    • Splash: 8 to 8:55 a.m.
    • Zumba: 9 to 9:55 a.m.
    • Pilates: 10 to 10:55 a.m.
    • Aqua Joints Plus: 2:15 to 3 p.m.
    • H20 HIIT: 5:10 to 5:55 p.m. 
    • Core Cardio: 5:30 to 5:55 p.m.
    • Barre Pilates: 6 to 6:55 p.m.
    • Yoga: 7 to 7:55 p.m.
  • Tuesday
    • Aqua Fit: 9:15 to 9:45 a.m.
    • 20/20/20: 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
    • Aqua Joints: 10 to 10:45 a.m.
    • Spin: 12:15 to 1 p.m.
    • Yoga Basics: 1:15 to 2:10 p.m.
    • Drums Alive®: 4:30 to 5:25 p.m.
    • Ashtanga Yoga: 6 to 6:55 p.m.
  • Wednesday
    • Spin: 6 a.m.
    • Splash: 8 to 8:55 a.m.
    • Zumba: 9 to 9:55 a.m.
    • Stretch & Tone: 10 to 10:55 a.m.
    • Aqua Joints Plus: 2:15 to 3 p.m.
    • Kick Express: 5:30 to 5:55 p.m.
    • Zumba: 6 to 6:55 p.m.
    • Yoga: 7 to 7:55 p.m.

    • Aqua Fit: 9:15 to 9:45 a.m.

  • Sunday
    • Yin Yoga: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

In addition to the free-to-member group exercise classes, you have the opportunity to sign up for small group fitness programs. These programs are offered at an additional cost, allowing for smaller groups and more individualized instructor attention.

To learn more about group exercise classes or to find the perfect class for you, join us on the third Wednesday of every month for Group Exercise Orientation. Orientation is held in a Q&A format from 4:30 to 5 p.m. and is open to both members and non-members.
