Small Group Fitness Programs

Are you bored with your current workouts? Do you need some extra accountability to get to the gym or the motivation to push yourself further? Could you benefit from some extra attention from a fitness expert? Small group fitness programs can check all these boxes! Regardless of your age or current fitness level, you can find a program that will help you reach your goals. These classes are open to members and non-members.

Programs can vary in time frame, but typically meet twice a week, continue for four to six weeks and last under an hour. Registration is required by visiting the club service desk or calling (269) 639-2949. Find a class starting soon!

  • Abs, Hips, Thighs & More
    Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:15 to 8:45 a.m.
    Stand tall! This class will help improve your posture by strengthening core muscles.
    Session options: April 4-30, May 2-30, or June 4-27
    Cost: members $48, non-members $64
  • Advanced Bootcamp
    Mondays and Wednesdays, noon to 12:30 p.m. or 6 to 6:30 p.m.
    Get your heart pumping! This class uses free weights, TRX straps, interval training and body weight exercises for a full body workout in only 30 minutes.
    Session options: May 2-30, or June 4-27

  • Armed & Dangerous
    Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 to 9:30 a.m.
    Yes, you can have those sculpted arms you’ve always dreamed of. This class is upper body training at its very best.
    Session options: May 2-30, or June 4-27

  • Circuit Training
    Tuesdays and Thursdays, noon to 12:30 p.m. or 6 to 6:30 p.m.
    This intermediate level program will tone and strengthen your whole body. During class, you’ll use free weights and resistance bands.
    Session options: May 1-24, or June 5-28
    Cost: members $48, non-members $64
  • Fun Fit Friday
    Fridays, 9 to 9:30 a.m.
    Start your weekend off on the right foot! Each class will feature different workouts all designed to increase your heart rate, burn calories and build muscle.
    Session options: May 4, 18 and 2, or June 1-22
    Cost: members $24, non-members $32
  • Total Body Circuit
    Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 to 10:45 a.m.
    Build and strengthen muscles you didn’t know you had. This class is for all levels - everyone is welcome to enroll.
    Session options:  May 3-June 5, or June 7-July 3
    Cost: members $64, non-members $80
