Small Group Fitness Programs
Are you bored with your current workouts? Do you need some extra accountability to get to the gym or the motivation to push yourself further? Could you benefit from some extra attention from a fitness expert? Small group fitness programs can check all these boxes! Regardless of your age or current fitness level, you can find a program that will help you reach your goals. These classes are open to members and non-members.
Programs can vary in time frame, but typically meet twice a week, continue for four to six weeks and last under an hour. Registration is required by visiting the club service desk or calling (269) 639-2949. Find a class starting soon!
