Personal Training

With personal training, it’s all about you

Each of us is unique. We all have different goals, ambitions and desires. Working with a personal trainer, you can achieve your fitness goals - whether those goals are as modest as touching your toes again or as ambitious as preparing for a marathon.

  • Individual personal training: Receive personalized workouts and guidance from a trainer. Sessions are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Hourly cost: $50 member, $55 non-member
  • Training packages: Personal training packages are available for those who plan to work with a trainer on a routine basis. To find the right training package for your needs, call (269) 639-2949.

What to expect from personal training

Personal training is a partnership between you and your trainer. Whether you’re new to working out or a seasoned athlete, you and your trainer will work together to create a plan that incorporates the right exercises and the right nutrition to help you reach your goals. While working out with a trainer, you’ll experience workouts that are not only safe and effective, but fun!
