Healthy cooking demos are held monthly in our on-site test kitchen. During each program, you’ll watch our team of nutrition educators prepare a healthy meal. Following the demo, you will have the opportunity to taste the food. You’ll walk away from class with the ability to and comfort in creating tasty, nutritious meals in your own home. Are you struggling to find vegetarian meals that are quick to fix, good for you and full of flavor? Learn how to prepare coconut squash curry, Italian stuffed peppers, and black bean and sweet potato quesadillas. These three meals are quick to make, heart-healthy and vegetarian-friendly.
