Working with a personal trainer, you can achieve your fitness goals - whether those goals are as modest as touching your toes again or as ambitious as preparing for a marathon.
How does a personal trainer help?
By listening to you, learning about your goals, and considering your personal time commitments, your personal trainer will:

- Listen to you and your goals
- Devise a personal training program to achieve these goals in a safe environment
- Continue to encourage and motivate you through creative and fun exercise programming

We have several different options for both members and non-members alike. All new clients to the personal training program will receive a free, 30-minute consultation to help your trainer evaluate your goals and decide on the path that is best for you.
Individuals sessions are available on a pay-as-you-go basis. Each session will be billed on the day it is performed. Member $50, Non-member $55 per session.
