Onboarding Checklist

General and provider-specific orientation content
Epic EMR training or Epic assessment if currently experienced
Bronson Workday Learning access for Epic pre-work and general orientation training
If surgical, OR orientation appointment with locker assignment
ID badge
Access to Epic Production once Epic training is complete and Medical Staff privileges are granted
- Same username for Epic and Workday access
- Access to Epic Haiku and Canto apps

Appointment for preemployment health screening (ProHealth) and preemployment paperwork (I-9 and other forms)
