Onboarding Checklist

• General and provider-specific orientation content
• Epic EMR training or Epic assessment if currently experienced
• Bronson Workday Learning access for Epic pre-work and general orientation training
• If surgical, OR orientation appointment with locker assignment
• ID badge
• Access to Epic Production once Epic training is complete and Medical Staff privileges are granted
  • Same username for Epic and Workday access
  • Access to Epic Haiku and Canto apps
• To access your Bronson desktop from your personal device: My Applications Citrix login
• Download the Citrix Workspace App on your personal device

Additional for Bronson Employed

• White coat ordering
• Appointment for preemployment health screening (ProHealth) and preemployment paperwork (I-9 and other forms)
• Detailed review of your Workday employed access: Human resources checklist (PDF)
• Benefits and enrollment: MyBronsonBenefits
• Your Bronson email: Outlook Web Access
