Phyllis VanOrder, RN, SANE-A, SANE-P, coordinator for Sexual Assault Services’ Nurse Examiner program received Bronson Battle Creek’s Above & Beyond--Outstanding Recognition Award.
The honor is given to those who demonstrate exemplary actions that embrace the organization's mission and values. The Bronson Battle Creek Above & Beyond Award program includes not only BBC employees, but also physicians on the hospital’s medical staff. Employees and physicians are nominated in one of four categories by co-workers, patients, or guests: customer relations, innovation and cost effectiveness, performance/productivity, and enthusiasm/commitment.
