Bronson Celebrates First-Ever PHIL Award Honorees!
For the first time at Bronson, three exceptional respiratory therapists were honored with the PHIL® Award during Respiratory Therapy Week this October. The award — a national program recognizing the “unsung heroes” of respiratory care — celebrates therapists who combine skill, compassion and dedication to help patients breathe easier every day. PHIL stands for Pulmonary Health and Illnesses of the Lungs.
Award honorees include:
- Krystal Moran – Bronson Methodist Hospital
- Bella Nichols – Bronson LakeView Hospital
- Paula Siskaninetz – Bronson South Haven Hospital
Nominations for the PHIL Award® come directly from those who have experienced or witnessed that outstanding care firsthand – patients, family members and other caregivers. Each nominated by their leadership team, Krystal, Bella and Paula exemplify the spirit of the award through their clinical expertise, compassion and deep commitment to improving the lives of their patients.
