Bronson Expands Burn and Wound Services to Paw Paw
Bronson Burn and Wound Center is now providing service for patients in Van Buren County at a new location in Paw Paw.
The team at the Bronson Burn and Wound Center specializes in burn injury prevention and improving burn treatment. The team also focuses on the care of wounds with prolonged healing.
The center opened on February 26 and sees patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The team includes Konrads Lubavs, M.D., assisted by Frances Risinger, FNP. Bronson Burn and Wound Center is located at 404 Hazen St., Suite 100.
“We are pleased to have these services offered within the Paw Paw community,” says Kirk Richardson, chief operating officer at Bronson LakeView Hospital. “This expansion of services will provide our patients with greater access to medical expertise closer to home. We have a long-standing relationship with the Bronson Burn and Wound Center team and we look forward to continued development in both of these services in the future.”
The Bronson Burn and Wound Center team also continues to provide pediatric and adult inpatient/outpatient services at Bronson Methodist Hospital at 601 John St., Suite W-308, in Kalamazoo. In addition, Bronson Battle Creek also offers a comprehensive wound healing center located within the outpatient center at 300 North Ave., Battle Creek.
