“I am incredibly proud of the work our nurses are doing to improve patient outcomes,” says Denise Neely, MBA, BSN, RN, Chief Nursing Executive of Bronson Healthcare and Chief Nursing Officer/ Vice President of Patient Care Services at Bronson Methodist Hospital. “Our nurses are empowered to speak up, identify and embrace problems, think creatively and identify interventions to address the problems. There are so many stories of our nursing teams going above and beyond. The Nursing Outcomes Book has highlighted just a few. These are amazing examples of all the teams do to raise the bar to deliver value, quality and an exceptional experience for every person every time.”
