Bronson Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Offers Saturday Sports Injury Walk-In Clinics

Bronson Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is hosting a series of seasonal sports injury walk-in clinics for area high school and middle school registered athletes.  For more than 20 years, the sports medicine physicians, athletic trainers and staff at Kalamazoo Valley Orthopedics (now Bronson Orthopedics & Sports Medicine) have been providing this walk-in clinic for student athletes.

Any student athlete who sustains a suspected sports injury can get it checked out promptly at the Saturday morning clinic. An appointment is not necessary and most insurance plans, including Medicaid, are accepted. Services provided by Bronson’s team of fellowship trained sports medicine physicians include:

  • X-ray

  • Splinting, bracing and casting

  • Rehabilitation, physical therapy

  • Evaluation of sports-related concussion injury

Date:               Saturdays, August 27 through October 29, 2011
                         (No clinic on Saturday, September 3)

Time:               9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
                         No appointment necessary, but please bring insurance card(s).
