Bronson to Host Three Job Fairs This Fall: Hiring Nurses & Surgical Technologists
Individuals with Nursing or Surgical Technologist degrees are invited to attend one of Bronson Healthcare’s upcoming career fairs in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. These walk-in events offer candidates the opportunity to meet with hiring managers, learn about open positions, discuss Bronson’s compensation and benefits package, and interview one-on-one with a recruiter.

Registered Nurse (RNs)
Positions available on various units, including Emergency/Trauma, Med/Surg, OB/Labor & Delivery, Surgical Services and more
In-house Traveling Nurse (RNs)
Receive premium pay to travel across the Bronson system, filling short-term nursing roles at Bronson’s four hospitals and at Bronson Commons (post-acute care facility)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs)
Positions available on various units, including Med/Surg, OB/Labor & Delivery, Neurovascular, Oncology, Bronson Commons and more
Surgical Technologist
Full-time and part-time roles are available. Sign-on bonuses are available up to $10,000 for surgical technologists and $20,000 for nurses.
