Golf Outing Supports Programs for Cancer Care

How can we help you?

The Feldpausch Foundation 14th Annual Golf Outing raised $52,690 this year.  Proceeds are directed to Bronson Health Foundation in support of the Bronson Cancer Center - Battle Creek Fund and Nattaly Brown Child Life and Expressive Arts Endowment.

Gifts to this Cancer Center Fund enable Bronson Health Foundation to provide financial help for cancer patients at Bronson Battle Creek who have little or no insurance, making certain they have access to needed medications, transportation, nourishment and other special needs. The Nattaly Brown Child Life and Expressive Arts Endowment was created to sustain child life, art and music therapy and the Journey Beads programs at Bronson Children’s Hospital in memory of Nattaly Brown who passed away in 2017 at age seven from cancer.

“This event really shows what a difference the community and sponsors can make when they come together to offer support to fellow community members who may be undergoing treatment for cancer or have a child that is needing care at Bronson Children’s Hospital,” says Liz Semaan, executive director, Bronson Health Foundation. “We are especially grateful to CTI Mechanical Contractors and Sara, Scott & Jay Hamric, our Inspirational Sponsors.”

“I am so thankful to those who take part in this event each year, and to those who joined us for the first time in 2021,” says Corey La Gro, golf outing chair. “These golfers, volunteers and sponsors are making an impact and relieving some of the burden for those facing a medical challenge.”

The Feldpausch Foundation Golf Outing has raised more than $430,000 over the last 14 years.
