Power Bites Recipe

- 2 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup honey
- ½ tablespoon cinnamon
- Heat peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over low to medium heat.
- Once mixture is smooth, remove from heat and add dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Roll into tablespoon size balls.
- Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy!
