Calling the Office

Calling the Office

During normal office hours you may call our office and leave a message for you doctor's medical assistant.  The medical assistants return these calls between patient visits.  Your call is very important to us and we will make every effort to return your call by the end of the day.  We keep all of your information confidential and will not share information with anyone.  This includes your family members if they are not listed on your privacy release statement.

Emergency & After Hours Calls

A provider is on call 24/7 to assist you with concerns that cannot wait for the next business day.  If you feel you have an emergency situation, please go to urgent care or the emergency room.  If you need to make or cancel an appointment, or need prescription refills, call the office on the next business day and our staff will be happy to assist you.  If you still need to speak with the provider on-call, leave your name and phone number and the provider will return your call as soon as possible.
