At Bronson at Home, you'll get the best care for a wide range of diagnoses and infusion therapy in your home or in our infusion suite.

If you're looking for a place to receive infusions, there are two ways Bronson at Home can help: 

  • At your home - If you are investigating home IV therapy, it is important to understand that you, and/or your care partner, will need to be able and willing to perform the steps needed to administer your IV therapy at home. A home infusion trained nurse will teach you and/or a care partner to administer your therapy as ordered by your physician. After teaching, a nurse will see you weekly for IV line dressing changes and lab draws.
  • In our suite - If you would like to receive care in our convenient and comfortable infusion suite, our friendly and skilled staff give infusions ranging from immunotherapies, antibiotics and hydration fluids as well as injections and central line care. The suite is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located at 601 John St. Suite M-425, Kalamazoo, MI 49007. Our phone number is (269) 341-7373.

How Do I Refer Myself or a Loved One to Bronson at Home Infusion Services?

  • If you are hospitalized: Let your hospital care manager, discharge planner, social worker and doctor know you choose to have Bronson at Home as your home infusion provider.
  • If you are at home: Call your doctor or health care provider and let them know you would like Bronson at Home to be your home infusion provider.
