Ordering Donor Milk
We use a process to give pasteurized human donor milk (PDHM) to babies with the highest need. Our first priority is to give donor milk to infants that are in the hospital and in neonatal intensive care units. We then give donor milk to infants that are at home and have a medical need, and then to healthy infants when a mother is struggling with her supply.
Orders are distributed Monday through Thursday only. However, if a holiday should fall on one of these days, milk will be distributed on the next business day.
Orders received prior to 1 p.m. EST will be delivered next day, via UPS overnight delivery. Orders received after 1 p.m. EST will be shipped out the following business day.
