Call Bronson Medical Group™ 24/7 to speak with a Bronson Care Advisor. They will connect you to the care option that best meets your needs. We can provide you with same day services or schedule an upcoming appointment with a Bronson doctor or advanced practice provider.

For Current Bronson Medical Group Patients.

When you call a Bronson Care Advisor, we will listen to your symptoms and either:

• Schedule a video visit or in-person appointment with your provider or another provider in your practice (Note: Current patients can also schedule in-person or video visit appointments through Bronson MyChart or by calling the office)
• Schedule an appointment at an immediate care clinic in Kalamazoo (evenings)
• Direct you to an appropriate walk-in location or BronsonConnect Video Visit

Whichever care option you choose, your visit information will be linked and documented in Bronson MyChart. This makes it easy for you to ask a follow-up question, share information with your primary doctor, request appointments and refills, view test results and more.
