All Bronson Video Visits Require a MyChart Account. If you don’t have an account, sign up here.

A video visit is a convenient, confidential and secure way to visit with your doctor - or an immediate care doctor - using your smartphone, tablet or computer. The doctor will ask questions, perform an exam and offer treatment options just like an in-person visit.

Scheduled Video Visit (for established patients)

Your health is important so we don’t want you putting off care you need. In addition to contacting us for an office appointment, current patients can now access primary care and most of our specialty care providers via a Scheduled Video Visit.

  • Care for patients in the state of Michigan only; must be an established patient in a Bronson practice
  • Most insurance plans cover the cost of a video visit, just like a regular doctor’s visit. Check with your insurance provider to understand your coverage.
  • If during the video visit it is determined you need to see a provider in person, you will be directed to the appropriate care location.
  • Once completed, an after-visit summary of your Scheduled Video Visit appointment will appear in your Bronson MyChart account under the “Past Appointments” section. The audio and video from the visit is not recorded.
