Outpatient Rehabilitation
With seven convenient locations across Calhoun, Kalamazoo and Van Buren counties, Bronson’s accredited outpatient rehabilitation program makes it easy to access expert care close to home. Our team provides personalized therapy services for both adults and children. We help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions and improve strength, mobility and overall function in a supportive, goal-focused environment.
In-Home (Bronson at Home)
Bronson at Home offers in-home rehabilitation services for patients who need therapy but are unable to travel to a clinic. Depending on your specific needs, skilled therapists can provide physical, occupational or speech therapy right in the comfort and safety of your own home to help you recover, regain independence and reach your goals in a familiar environment.
Skilled Nursing Facility (Bronson Commons)
Bronson Commons specializes in post-acute rehabilitation, helps patients recover after a hospital stay and safely transition back home. This program is designed for individuals who no longer need inpatient hospital care but still require medical monitoring and intensive therapy. With 24/7 skilled nursing and on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy, patients benefit from personalized treatment plans focused on improving strength, mobility and daily function. What makes Bronson Commons unique is its peaceful, home-like setting and dedicated care team, creating an environment that promotes healing, comfort and confidence during recovery.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
Bronson’s cardiac rehabilitation program is a medically supervised, personalized care plan designed to support your recovery after a heart event, such as a heart attack, heart surgery or diagnosis of heart disease. Our goal is to help you safely return to your normal activities while improving your heart health and reducing the risk of future issues. The program includes monitored exercise sessions, heart-healthy education, nutrition counseling, stress management and lifestyle coaching. Led by a team of nurses, exercise specialists and dietitians, each phase of your rehab journey is carefully tailored to your needs to build strength, boost confidence and support long-term wellness.
Personal Rehabilitation Plan
Knowing what to expect can help you prepare for recovery. Bronson’s team works with your doctor to develop a plan tailored to you. This plan will help you get the highest possible level of function. Our therapists are specially trained to explain the changes that have occurred as a result of your specific illness, injury or surgery. They will also tell you what can be done to maximize the benefits of therapy.
