As you recover from surgery, illness or injury, having access to expert outpatient rehabilitation at a convenient location is important. Our staff will not only help in your recovery but teach you ways to prevent injuries and manage the challenges of ongoing conditions. You will receive a rehabilitation plan designed for your specific needs.
Video visit rehabilitation appointments for patients with insurance that cover it can schedule appointments at (269) 341-8024. Currently, Medicare and Medicaid do not cover these.
