Can I Schedule a Mammogram Without a Referral?
Yes, you can! If you meet all the requirements below, you’re ready to schedule:
- You are 40 or older
- Your sex at birth is female
- You’ve had a visit with a primary care or OB/Gyn provider in the last 3 years

Insurance Information
- Schedule your mammogram at least 365 days after your last one to ensure it's covered by your insurance.
- Some plans may not fully cover 3D mammograms, so check with your provider to understand your coverage.
