Testing and Imaging Locations
We offer testing, imaging and lab services at many convenient locations throughout southwest and south central Michigan. View the list of imaging and test locations below, followed by our laboratory locations.

A doctor’s referral or physician order is required for all tests. Walk-in visits are welcome for X-rays and lab tests, but to save time, scheduling an appointment is encouraged. For all other outpatient tests, appointments are required.
