Pharmacy Residency - Qualifications and Application Information
Candidates must graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program with a doctor of pharmacy degree (or equivalent combination of education and clinical experience). Applicants must be eligible for Michigan licensure and are expected to obtain licensure as a pharmacist in Michigan within the first 60 days of the residency year. All application materials must be submitted via PhORCAS. The application deadline is January 1, 2021 to be considered for an onsite interview.

- Three letters of recommendation
- Participate in the ASHP Residency Matching Program
