Pharmacy Residency - Current Resident Profiles

Carley Grove (grovca@bronsonhg.org) is from Grand Haven, MI. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a minor in Bioethics. In 2025, she earned her PharmD from Ferris State University. Before attending pharmacy school, Carley worked as a pharmacy technician at Rite Aid and McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital. She later transitioned to a pharmacy intern role at McLaren and also interned at Corewell Health’s Butterworth Hospital. She has experience working in various settings, including the central pharmacy, ED, ICU, and surgery satellites, outpatient infusion centers, and Investigational Drug Services (IDS). Carley’s professional interests include critical care, emergency medicine, and cardiology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, reading, and attending concerts.

Keondra Thomas (thomake@bronsonhg.org) is from Tupelo, MS. She earned an Associate of Liberal Arts from Itawamba Community College and both an Associate of Science and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University. Keondra’s professional interests include internal medicine, cardiology, and neurology. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys Hello Kitty, anime, food, shopping, painting, and reality TV. She is also a Sims enthusiast.

Megan Kelley (kelleme@bronsonhg.org) is from Plymouth, MI. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and PharmD from The University of Toledo. During pharmacy school, she worked as an intern at The Drug Store of Perrysburg, an independent community and long-term care pharmacy. Megan’s professional interests include critical care and emergency medicine. Outside of work, Megan enjoys crocheting, baking, dancing, playing video games (mainly The Sims and Legend of Zelda), and spending time with friends and family. 

Ryleigh Beyersdorf (beyersry@bronsonhg.org) is from Hemlock, MI. She graduated from Ferris State University with her PharmD. While attending pharmacy school, she worked as a pharmacy technician at Meijer and then transitioned to pharmacy intern at Corewell and The Cancer and Hematology Center. Ryleigh’s professional interests include infectious disease and internal medicine. During her free time, Ryleigh enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time outdoors.
