Annual Membership

Transportation and Ambulance Plus services are offered to residents of the townships of Almena, Arlington, Antwerp, Decatur, Hamilton, Lawrence, Paw, Porter, and Waverly. A membership covers all household members under the description of “any immediate family members and/or dependents under the age of 21 living in the household”.

$40 per household per year with insurance
$100 per household per year without insurance
