Group exercise is more than just a workout—it’s a community! Our instructors lead a variety of fun, high-energy and effective classes designed to keep you having fun and on track toward your fitness goals. With morning, afternoon and evening options, there's a class for every schedule and fitness level.

Aquatic Classes
- SPLASH - Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 8-8:45 a.m.
- Aqua Joints - Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 1:15-2 p.m.
- Aqua Joints - Tuesdays/Thursdays, 10:30-11 a.m.
Cycling Classes
- Matrix Ride - Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 6-6:45 a.m.

Whether you're looking for a slow-moving stretching class, a high-intensity calorie-burning cardio workout, or a low-impact option in the pool - our instructors have you covered!
All classes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, except for Matrix Ride, which requires registration via the club app, service desk or (269) 639-2949.
