Group Exercise Classes
Working out with certified fitness experts is a great way to get in shape, stay accountable to your workouts and meet new friends. We offer nearly 40 classes each week with club membership. With morning, afternoon and evening classes, featuring a variety of low-impact classes like Yoga or Aqua Joints and intense cardio classes like Spin or Cardio Mix, there is something for everyone! - Personal training: Group exercise classes can be crowded, and sometimes they move fast. Make sure you're doing the exercises correctly with the help of a personal trainer. Work one-on-one to perfect your form so you can get the most out of your classes!
- Small group fitness programs: Group exercise meets personal training. Working alongside a small group of teammates, your trainer will work with you to push your limits and take you to new heights.
