Small Group Fitness Programs

Need a fresh challenge? Craving motivation, accountability and expert coaching—but don't want to go at it alone? Small group training is your sweet spot between group classes and personal training.

Led by certified personal trainers, these 4-week programs are designed to push you, support you and help you break through fitness plateaus—no matter your age or experience level.

Small group training is open to both members and non-members, with club members receiving a discounted program rate.

Ongoing Programs

Our small group training programs run all year long. Each session lasts four weeks, with new groups starting regularly. To register for an upcoming session, use the club app, stop by the service desk or call (269) 639-2949.

MX4

Tuesday/Thursday

  • 6:00 - 6:30 a.m.
  • 9:15- 9:45 a.m.

MX4 workouts are safe and effective for everyone, no matter your age or fitness level. Plus, by combining Matrix-exclusive equipment with originally created programming, workouts are sure to take your workouts to the next level to help you get the results you want!

4-week session cost: members $64, nonmembers $80

Strength Training with Isaac

Monday/Wednesday

  • 5:15- 5:45 p.m.

This is a circuit style program that targets multiple areas of the body to ensure a great total body workout. Exercises will help strengthen and condition your muscles in a fun and functional way! 

4-week session cost: members $64, nonmembers $80 

Bootcamp

Monday/Wednesday

  • Noon - 12:30 p.m.
  • 6 - 6:30 p.m.

Get your heart pumping! This class uses free weights, TRX straps, interval training and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout in only 30 minutes.

4-week session cost: members $64, nonmembers $80

Circuit Training

Tuesday/Thursday

  • Noon - 12:30 p.m. 

This intermediate-level program will tone and strengthen your whole body. During class, you’ll use free weights and resistance bands.

4-week session cost: members $64, nonmembers $80

Friday Bootcamp

Friday

  • Noon - 12:30 p.m.

You will get a total body workout with personal training instruction.

4-week session cost: members $32, nonmembers $40
