Rebecca 'Becky' Trella
Vice President, Post-Acute Network
Becky Trella oversees the development of an integrated continuum of post-acute services for the Bronson Healthcare system. Her areas of accountability include partnering with skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehabilitation, home care and community-based services to implement processes to coordinate care and assure that patients are receiving care in the least restrictive most appropriate settings.
Trella has over 30 years of experience in various management roles at Chicago-based Advocate Health Care, one of the Midwest’s largest non-profit health systems and the largest accountable care organization in the nation.Before joining Bronson in 2015, she was vice president for Advocate’s post-acute network and prior to that served as vice president for its managed care division. Her education includes a bachelor of science in nursing from Northern Illinois University, and a master of science in geriatric nursing from Loyola University of Chicago.
